Clubhouse Details (Facilites)

The facilities available with in this complex have been detailed on a level by level basis. Each level has then been broken down further by purpose. This building in not air conditioned.

Ground Floor
Access to most rooms detailed below are from the exterior of the complex.
Canteen
Various types of foods and beveridges are available through dual service windows. Various cooking facilities, refrigerators and freezers are available. These services can be expanded through the kitchen and servery on the 1st floor of this building. A telephone is available for use by players and visitors for local and non mobile calls only for a small fee.
Bar
The service of liquor is kept separate from the canteen facility. The bar immediately adjoins the licensed liquor consumption area in the grounds, locally known as the "Pig Pen". Depending on the function /event being hosted a special license/permit may be required. Appropriate notice is required to ensure successful application fro the Liquor Licensing Authority. Separate bar facilities are available on the 1st floor should the need arise.
The Associations PA system is based in the bar.
Amenities
These consist of Male and Female toilets and showers (with hot water) and a separate wheel chair restricted persons toilet. The female amenities has a babies change table.
Umpires Room
This consists of a main room with a separate store room and a separate toilet and shower. A cold water fountain, microwave oven, TV and refrigerator are supplied for the convenience of the umpires.
Office
This room is generally occupied by the Association's administrator. Equipment available for specific functions/events are telephone, one PC with MS Windows 97operating system and internet connection, black and white printer, photocopier, fax/copier and safe.
Multi-Purpose Room
This is a small room that doubles as a First Aid room and or a small meeting room.
Groundsmen's Room
This is used for the storage of all plant and equipment related to the preparation of the diamonds and surrounds.

1st Floor
Access is available via stairs at the front main entrance or rear. A lift is available for wheel chair restricted persons only to use for access.
Functions Room
This offers a separate kitchen with servery, a separate bar with service window, an uncovered balcony, male, female and wheel chair restricted persons amenities. The room has trestles and seating for approximately 120 persons. The kitchen includes a 4 plate electric stove with oven, microwave oven, boiling water, refrigerator and double stainless steel sink. The bar includes a special drinks refrigerator. Ceiling fans are available. In the main function area. This is a cleats free area.
Merchandise Room/Bar/Food Servery
Currently used for retail equipment, merchandise storage and sales. This room is versatile with a separate service window for bar or other purposes. This is also a cleats free area.
Games Room/Meeting Room/Eatery
Access is generally from the rear. This currently used for a multitude of purposes depending upon need. Merchandise is displayed, two 7' pool tables are leased for use by members, and the canteen can be extended in this area from downstairs if linked to the kitchen in the functions room. This is also a cleats free area.
Verandah
This area is very large, has a full roof and outlooks onto many diamonds around the grounds.
